DURATION AND SCHEDULE
You arrive at lunchtime Sunday and depart midday Wednesday as part of the course (though you'll have the option to extend your stay with a relaxing weekend at special rates if you wish).
From Sunday to Wenesday morning, your daily schedule includes:
- Delicious fresh detox juices, broths, salads and supporting supplements
- Daily ashtanga yoga led by Amanda or one of her therapists
- Expertly-led Pilates mat classes, and mind training sessions
- Personal training coaching session and free use of the technogym system (including your own resulting online conditioning schedule)
- One complimentary massage delivered by skilled and experienced therapists in the spa
- A personal nutritional consultation from Amanda or her team
- All juices and meals will be, as you would expect, delicious and cleansing. We've even got a top rated chef on hand to give you a demo!
